Cannot Open e-mail...

My laptop is having problem with the outlook since yesterday, i could not open the message in the inbox; once i click to any message, it will prompt the send error report to Microsoft, and will close the program...! I am so frustrated when the new IT guy could not rectify the problem! So what do i do? I will be back to HQ on Friday and hope they will find the remedy to cure the problem with my outlook. I do not know how many messages sitting in my mailbox waiting for my feedback / response. Luckily so far i still can use the internet to send e-mail out using yahoo or google ; and at least until they got things sorted out i can google for some interesting news and latest gossip!

Ramadhan Datang Lagi

Pejam celik pejam celik...dah masok bulan ramadhan dah.

Rabbana Atina Fidunia Hasannah, Wafil Akhirati Hasantau Waakina Azabanarr... Aminnn.

Last Friday i had a meeting at tower 1, KLCC, and after the meeting, i badly need to go to the washroom! Datok K! hehe!! Cuba-cuba melilau kalau nampak Datok Siti... tapi tak ada pulak! Kalau2 ada bolehlah mintak amek gambar ! Selebriti yg pernah kutemui di KLCC ialah Ning Baizura & husband mat sallehnya.. and sekali tu jumpa Ning jugak di KL Sentral and dapat bergambar dengannya...tapi sbb asyik tukar henfon, gambar tu pon dah ilang...

Nowhere is Perfect

"If you can find a place that are without any problems and office politics, let me know, i want to work there too"

So true, there would not be any! Do not expect the impossible. There's always something or someone that will be the pain in the ass anywhere you work place is. There's no such thing as a perfect organization in the real world.

Once you start a new job, give yourself a couple of weeks there, you will sure to hear something about what's happening in the office. It could be some complaints about the bosses, about the principal, or some gossips about the staff. You just can't escape such situation! Being new, do observe and be a listener, but do not quick to judge. Perhaps the situation is not as bad as what it said to be. To adapt to the new environment is to follow the flow, make new friends and be reasonable.

One might say, my new place is so good, i can now work happily and have a peace at mind here till i retire. That's bullshit! But, people can say i like to work at the new office now better than my previous employer. That's fair and acceptable. And it is real, as what i've experienced myself. My current work place is not perfect but i am much happy and appreciated here. Nevertheless, i am thankful for all those experiences that i've gained from my previous company i work with. With all those years of experiences i am here what i am now.

InsyaAllah.

Of course, if one leaves for another job due to personnel problem, that person will not stay long with any company either. Therefore, the best way to ensure that you are not unemployed is to be self-employed.

Soap Opera

i really love this soaps joke,it makes me laugh my heart out!

Attached is some correspondence which actually occurred between a London hotel's staff and one of its guests. The London hotel involved submitted this to the Sunday Times. No name was mentioned.

Dear Maid,
Please do not leave any more of those little bars of soap in my bathroom since I have brought my own bath-sized Dial. Please remove the six unopened little bars from the shelf under the medicine chest and another three in the shower soap dish. They are in my way.
Thank you,
S. Berman

Dear Room 635,
I am not your regular maid. She will be back tomorrow, Thursday, from her day off. I took the 3 hotel soaps out of the shower soap dish as you requested. The 6 bars on your shelf I took out of your way and put on top of your Kleenex dispenser in case you should change your mind. This leaves only the 3 bars I left today which my instructions from the management is to leave 3 soaps daily.
I hope this is satisfactory.
Kathy, Relief Maid
________________________________________
Dear Maid -- I hope you are my regular maid.
Apparently Kathy did not tell you about my note to her concerning the little bars of soap. When I got back to my room this evening I found you had added 3 little Camays to the shelf under my medicine cabinet.
I am going to be here in the hotel for two weeks and have brought my own bath-size Dial so I won't need those 6 little Camays which are on the shelf. They are in my way when shaving, brushing teeth, etc.
Please remove them.
S. Berman

Dear Mr. Berman,
My day off was last Wed. so the relief maid left 3 hotel soaps which we are instructed by the management. I took the 6 soaps which were in your way on the shelf and put them in the soap dish where your Dial was. I put the Dial in the medicine cabinet for your convenience.
I didn't remove the 3 complimentary soaps which are always placed inside the medicine cabinet for all new check-ins and which you did not object to when you checked in last Monday. Please let me know if I can of further assistance.
Your regular maid,
Dotty

Dear Mr. Berman,
The assistant manager, Mr. Kensedder, informed me this A.M. that you called him last evening and said you were unhappy with your maid service. I have assigned a new girl to your room. I hope you will accept my apologies for any past inconvenience. If you have any future complaints please contact me so I can give it my personal attention. Call extension 1108 between 8AM and 5PM. Thank you.
Elaine Carmen
Housekeeper

Dear Miss Carmen,
It is impossible to contact you by phone since I leave the hotel for business at 745 AM and don't get back before 530 or 6PM. That's the reason I called Mr. Kensedder last night. You were already off duty.
I only asked Mr. Kensedder if he could do anything about those little bars of soap. The new maid you assigned me must have thought I was a new check-in today, since she left another 3 bars of hotel soap in my medicine cabinet along with her regular delivery of 3 bars on the bath-room shelf. In just 5 days here I have accumulated 24 little bars of soap. Why are you doing this to me?
S. Berman
________________________________________
Dear Mr. Berman,
Your maid, Kathy, has been instructed to stop delivering soap to your room and remove the extra soaps. If I can be of further assistance, please call extension 1108 between 8AM and 5PM.
Thank you,
Elaine Carmen,
Housekeeper
________________________________________
Dear Mr. Kensedder,
My bath-size Dial is missing. Every bar of soap was taken from my room including my own bath-size Dial. I came in late last night and had to call the bellhop to bring me 4 little Cashmere Bouquets.
S. Berman

Dear Mr. Berman,
I have informed our housekeeper, Elaine Carmen, of your soap problem. I cannot understand why there was no soap in your room since our maids are instructed to leave 3 bars of soap each time they service a room. The situation will be rectified immediately. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.
Martin L. Kensedder
Assistant Manager

Dear Mrs. Carmen,
Who the hell left 54 little bars of Camay in my room? I came in last night and found 54 little bars of soap. I don't want 54 little bars of Camay. I want my one damn bar of bath-size Dial. Do you realize I have 54 bars of soap in here. All I want is my bath size Dial.
Please give me back my bath-size Dial.
S. Berman
________________________________________
Dear Mr. Berman,
You complained of too much soap in your room so I had them removed.
Then you complained to Mr. Kensedder that all your soap was missing so I personally returned them. The 24 Camays which had been taken and the 3 Camays you are supposed to receive daily (sic). I don't know anything about the 4 Cashmere Bouquets. Obviously your maid, Kathy, did not know I had returned your soaps so she also brought 24 Camays plus the 3 daily Camays. I don't know where you got the idea this hotel issues bath-size Dial. I was able to locate some bath-size Ivory which I left in your room.
Elaine Carmen
Housekeeper

Dear Mrs. Carmen,
Just a short note to bring you up-to-date on my latest soap inventory. As of today I possess:
On shelf under medicine cabinet - 18 Camay in 4 stacks of 4 and 1 stack of 2.
On Kleenex dispenser - 11 Camay in 2 stacks of 4 and 1 stack of 3.
On bedroom dresser - 1 stack of 3 Cashmere Bouquet, 1 stack of 4 hotel-size Ivory, and 8 Camay in 2 stacks of 4.
Inside medicine cabinet - 14 Camay in 3 stacks of 4 and 1 stack of 2.
In shower soap dish - 6 Camay, very moist.
On northeast corner of tub - 1 Cashmere Bouquet, slightly used.
On northwest corner of tub - 6 Camays in 2 stacks of 3.
Please ask Kathy when she services my room to make sure the stacks are neatly piled and dusted. Also, please advise her that stacks of more than 4 have a tendency to tip. May I suggest that my bedroom window sill is not in use and will make an excellent spot for future soap deliveries.
One more item, I have purchased another bar of bath-sized Dial which I am keeping in the hotel vault in order to avoid further misunderstandings.

Terdengar sayup surah dibaca, sayu alunan suara

Mengapa, no sense of belonging?

What use to be inconceivable is now rapidly becoming somewhat of an epidemic. Most of all, more men and women find themselves as peers, working on assignments or projects with unavoidable closeness. The environment of the office is built around teamwork, and the co-workers share common goals. When working in such close contact emotional attachment is a natural offshoot. What starts as a coffee break or lunch to discuss the current project tends to become more frequent. Finally these outings often lead to sharing more personal information about oneself. There becomes a deeper connection regarding both work and personal life.

Many find themselves spending a lot more time with work colleagues than with their partner and working hours are generally longer than the amount of time spent at home. Normally, those who got caught up in an office romance more often then not were not having a happy marriage life. Many try to convince themselves that cheating isn’t wrong if their partner wouldn’t care, after all they feel their relationship is on the rocks anyway.

Apa-apapun, hormatilah milik orang lain.

try looking for a greener field..?

There is a situation:
a staff, W decided to resign from company X and to work with company Y, who is also a vendor to company X.
The BIG boss C, finds out and he got so angry and was so disturbed that he immediately instructed to blacklist company Y. Not only that, he wants all management to make sure that both ex-staff W and company Y will not allow to work / deny entry in all company X’s branches with immediate effect.

The consequences:
Company Y does not want to loose the business with company X and they still wants to continue the business relationship.
They are not aware that by hiring W to work with them actually jeopardized their chances to obtain more projects from company X.
They have to make the choice: save their business or save the new staff they are hiring.
Company Y would have thought to void the hiring of W and write to apologize to company X and to ensure they will not repeat such act in future. They are now back to the track again

The out come:
W would probably left with no work – he is looking for a better place with better earnings but now ended up jobless.

The questions:
The BIG boss C – is he happy and would he cares if W is jobless and how he is going to feed his family?

the burden we are carrying

I really like this short inspirational story : A Minute Wisedom - A Lady and The Monk

Once upon a time, on a journey somewhere, two monks came across a pretty lady in distress, attempting to cross a fast flowing river.
The older Monk went up to the girl and said; "climb on my back and I will help you across”. The lady did as she was told. All three of them managed to cross the fast flowing river safely, the girl thanks the monks and went her way.

The two monks continued their journey. The younger monk however was very quiet and deep in thought. Later that evening, while they were resting the younger monk said; You shouldn't have done that, carrying the girl on you back. You should know that touching girls is against our rules and teaching!!!

To which the older monk replied, I have left the girl at the river bank hours ago! But it seems you are still carrying her in your mind till here.

Let’s see if we can apply the story to our personal lives. In many ways, every one of us carry heavy responsibilities in whatever we are doing... decide for ourselves, when it was already off-loaded and stop carrying it forever.

Penyakit akibat Penyakit

The situation is getting worst! Setiap hari sejak kes pertama kita masih membilang jumlah kematian yang semakin meningkat akibat penyakit H1N1. Sungguh membimbangkan.
Penyakit orang Malaysia : Mudah Lupa.

What Make You Stress?

What Make You Stress?
The first thing that came across my mind to the above question is the routine of the journey to the office and from the office back home. It’s not at all about the work, but the challenge one have to go through driving on KL’s roads. Just thinking about the traffic flow and the traffic officers already makes me sick! Everyday i leave home at 6.30 am and rush out from office at 5.30 pm on the dot! More often than not, everyday i reach home from work i’m more stressed than ever. I dread to think about going through the same routine for the rest of my “working for people” life. People drivers out there; please excuse my driving when i am on the road. I am not actually daydreaming and drive, but doing my thinking hard on how to materialize me starting own business a step away from home. I ni berangan nak bukak my very own kedai jamu.... dah lama dahhh....

Stress May Make You Itch! (Oh Ohhh!!)
Current research suggests that stress may activate immune cells in your skin, resulting in inflammatory skin disease. The related report by Joachim et al., "Stress-induced Neurogenic Inflammation in Murine Skin Skews Dendritic Cells towards Maturation and Migration: Key role of ICAM-1/LFA-1 interactions," appears in the November issue of The American Journal of Pathology.
